Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card & cheque payment. Please do not send us any cash. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch & American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via post, fax or over the Internet. You may prefer one of our representatives to contact you by telephone to take your details, email us if you do.

If you prefer to send your payment details separately, either select the "invoice and payment before delivery" option (invoice sent to you by post and you pay by cheque before delivery) or the "credit card details sent separately" option (credit card details over the phone fax or sent by post).(top)

Cancel an Order

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you are permitted to cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch. Notification to cancel an order must be given in writing by letter or email (cancelorder@ihkos.co.uk).

If the order has been shipped, you may cancel the order by letter or email within seven working days from the day after receipt of goods. We request you return the goods as soon as possible, however if you do not return the goods, the direct cost of collecting the goods will be deducted from your refund.

Goods should be returned to us by an insured carrier. Your money will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation of the order. (top)

Complaints

Complaints will be handled quickly and effectively. On reciept of a complaint, we will asses the complaint and contact the customer within 5 working days for confirmation of receipt and collect any additional information we may require.

If the complaint is with a product, the customer will have a choice of a replacement product or a full refund. If the complaint does not concern the product, we will endeavour to find a suitable solution as soon as possible.

The customer will be kept informed at regular intervals of the progress of their complaint. All complaints are dealt with in a confidential manner.(top)

Shipping And Handling

All items are well packaged to protect them in transit, and delivery of goods in the UK is normally by Royal Mail Recorded, Royal Mail Special Delivery or ParcelForce Delivery service for the larger parcels.(top)

We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you within 14 business days via Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Our standard shipping charge is £3.50

Tax Charges

For all orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. We do not currently accept overseas orders.(top)
